Direct compensation property damage CD-PD refers to a type of coverage where damage or loss of property is covered by the insurance company when the damage is caused by another driver. It is called direct compensation as the insurance company of the policyholder is the one who will cover the damage, and there is no need to wait for the insurance company of the driver at fault.
